Addressing Damages and Issues: Should you encounter any damage, defect, or an unintended item in your package, alert us without delay. It's our promise to set things right as swiftly as possible.

Customer Responsibility: Please understand that during the return process, we expect you to maintain the item's original condition and provide proof of purchase. This will ensure a smooth return process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: There's a handful of items we can't take back: perishables, custom creations, and personal care treasures like beauty items. Also, we steer clear from hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If there be any uncertainties about an item's return eligibility, do reach out.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards don't make the cut for returns.

European Union 14-Day Consideration Period: For our cherished European Union clientele: You can exercise your right to annul or return your order within 14 days, no strings attached. Standard return conditions apply here.

Regarding Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll promptly inform you of its eligibility for a refund. If approved, you can expect the refund to be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that while we strive for efficiency, banking timelines may vary, so your patience is appreciated.
